Refund policy
At vulf.store, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality Vulfpeck merchandise. In order to maintain sustainability and support our direct-to-fan model, we have updated our return policy as follows:
We are no longer able to accept returns or issue refunds for orders due to a change of mind. This change is necessary due to the nature of print-on-demand fulfillment and a recent increase in fraudulent return requests.
However, if your item does not arrive, arrives damaged, is incorrect, or has a clear and verifiable garment or print quality issue,
you are eligible for a refund or replacement. To initiate this process, please contact us at help@vulf.store with your order number and a description of the issue (including photos if applicable).
In all other cases, purchases are considered final and non-refundable. While we may occasionally make good-faith exceptions, these are not guaranteed and should not be expected.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the case of a return or exchange, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
